A Japanese outdoor clothing brand led by designer Hiroshi Nozawa, NORBIT relaunched in 2018.

The outer fabric is made from 100% nylon with a water-repellent finish. Its smooth, dry feel and lightweight construction make it easy to slip on, with protection against light rain.



An original design where tradition meets the present
The defining feature is quilting inspired by traditional Ainu patterns.
Combining flowing curves and geometric motifs, the stitching resembles a work of art. Red, blue, and white threads add subtle accents, bringing visual interest and character to the understated color palette.



The inside features soft 100% polyester fleece, offering a gentle touch and warmth, with wind resistance also considered in the design.

A generous hood wraps comfortably around the neck. Its structured shape adds dimension around the face, creating a distinctive silhouette even when the hood is down.



The front features the double-loop closure also found on NORBIT's signature pieces.

The two loops are joined together, giving the jacket a distinctive look that sets it apart from conventional quilted styles. This distinctly Japanese detail pairs beautifully with the Ainu-inspired stitching.



A zipper sits beneath a snap-button placket, creating a carefully considered front closure that balances distinctive design with everyday ease.



Pockets on both sides of the front allow your hands to slip in naturally.
Their clean design preserves the flow of the pattern while providing practical storage for a phone and small essentials.



Elasticated cuffs fit gently around the wrists, allowing the sleeves to gather naturally and creating a soft, rounded silhouette.



The hem is also shaped with a rounded finish, adding soft volume to the overall silhouette.
