The cotton fabric is woven on a dobby loom with an increased number of warp threads, giving the twill ridges a pronounced, three-dimensional texture. Despite its substantial appearance, the fabric remains soft, while garment dyeing adds a relaxed, lived-in character. Two-tier pockets inspired by hunting jackets and naturally lustrous NUT buttons provide just the right amount of rugged detail.
Pair it with denim or chinos for a workwear-inspired look, or with slacks for a more refined casual style. Simply layer it over a shirt or knit to bring character and depth to an everyday outfit.

Inspired by vintage clothing and rooted in workwear, military garments, and denim, FOB FACTORY is based in Kojima, Kurashiki City, Okayama, one of Japan’s foremost manufacturing hubs. Every stage of production is carried out in Japan, with the brand committed to creating clothing that customers will still be glad they bought three years down the line.
Textured Cotton Twill with Character
Made from 100% cotton twill, the fabric is woven on a dobby loom with an increased number of warp yarns. This brings out the dimensional ridges characteristic of twill while giving the fabric a soft, comfortable hand. Its substantial character is balanced by an easy feel that makes it ideal for everyday wear.
A garment-dyeing process adds a naturally uneven, lived-in look. The fabric has a subtly broken-in character from the start, while continued wear allows its character to evolve further over time.
Functional Design with a Vintage Spirit
The shirt-inspired collar makes it easy to style with a wide range of layers, from T-shirts and shirts to knitwear.
The front features NUT buttons carved from palm nuts. Their natural sheen adds a refined accent to the rugged character of the cotton twill.
The distinctive two-tier pocket construction is inspired by classic hunting jackets. It provides ample storage while adding a distinctive design element.
