Founded in 2009 as the private label of Tokyo-based select shop 1LDK in Nakameguro, UNIVERSAL PRODUCTS. is built around the concept of a "new standard"—high-quality, timeless products that transcend seasons, trends, and age. Smooth Broadcloth, Made Possible by Fine-Count Yarn
Crafted from 100% cotton broadcloth. The fabric uses 120/2 yarn—two exceptionally fine 120-count yarns twisted together—and is woven at high density.

The fine yarn gives the fabric a smooth touch, while the dense weave creates an elegant sense of structure despite its lightweight feel. The result is a clean, refined surface that sets it apart from a typical casual shirt.

Soft and smooth against the skin, the fabric works beautifully on its own and is equally easy to wear as a light layer during transitional seasons.

The shirt features a classic regular collar with a timeless, understated shape. Precisely because the design is so versatile, the beauty of the fabric and the balance of the silhouette stand out all the more.

The buttons are shell buttons engraved with the brand's original mark. Their subtle natural character provides just the right accent to the minimal design.
